Practices of Resilience

UUCUC member Mike Rupsch, accompanied by our Worship Committee, will share wisdom from his decades of work as licensed counselor, and specifically his years of practicing (and teaching practices of) resilience. Through story-telling and practical examples, Mike will share key elements of resilient practices and how they can improve our quality of life.
